Yes, your app can be searched via ITunes or Android market by your company name.

How do I sign up for this service?

There are two ways to sign up: by phone (888) 400-9356 or click Buy Now and complete the form with your contact information, and our customer service department will contact you.

Can I update the information for my app online?

Yes, included with your app is access to your app manager software.

The app manager software allows you to:

  • Add / edit coupons and send to all users
  • Confirm, cancel, or reschedule appointments
  • Update your store information
  • Create service reminders (default services)
  • View and edit all users' information including vehicles
  • View user analytics

How much is the setup fee?

The setup fee is $599.00 for your first location (call for special pricing on multiple locations).

What does the setup fee include?

  • Account setup for the App Manager
  • Creative design for all graphics needed for the mobile applications and submission to markets, using your logo
  • Development of your company’s unique iPhone and Android mobile applications
  • Deployment of app in iTunes store
  • Deployment of app in Android market
  • Countertop display
  • 100 specific flyers with your app information for display

What are the monthly charges?

The monthly hosting and maintenance fee is $49.00 for the first location (call for special pricing on multiple locations).

What is included in the monthly charges?

The monthly fee includes access to the App Manager, hosting and maintenance of the supporting mobile cloud server, continuous error correction and updating of your mobile applications.

May I cancel anytime?

You may cancel at anytime.

How long until my app is in Apple app store and Android market?

Typically both applications will be complete in 3-5 days. Android will go live at that time and Apple will be submitted for approval (7-10 days).

Is my app free to my customers?

There is no charge for your customers to download your app.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, there is a short agreement, however it is cancelable at anytime.

How do I pay my monthly payment?

There are two ways to pay, automatically charged to your credit card monthly or monthly automated withdrawal from your bank.

Does Auto Service App have technical support if I need to help using the app manager?

Yes, our customer service department is available to troubleshoot any technical questions.

Do I have to update my app with the App store or Android market?

Auto Service App will handle all updates on your behalf included in your monthly fee of $49.00.

Will my app work on iPads and tablets?

Yes, your app can be downloaded on Apple iPhones, iPads, and all Android products.

Can my customers see my hours, store location and contact information?

Yes, your customers can:

  • Get instant directions to your store via geo-tracking of their current location with distance and directions to the selected location
  • Customers can view store hours and phone number

How can I remind my customers for service?

Customers must input their vehicle information and the service reminders are automatically sent out via push messages and email.
